Service Packages for Christ Machine Maintenance and Support Our service packages are designed to provide reliable support and maintenance for your Christ machines across Iraq. Below are the terms and details about the service contracts: General Information Optional Service Contract: Signing this tariff service contract is not mandatory but is highly recommended for consistent machine maintenance and support. Scope of Service: Our technical team provides maintenance services exclusively for Christ machines as per Christ Wash System standards in Germany. We are not responsible for servicing machines outside the tariff contract. The service contract is non-transferable if the machine is sold or moved without reinstallation by our technical team. The agreement may be discontinued if maintenance is performed by unauthorized personnel or without prior permission from our team. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel the service agreement if rules are breached or coordination is not achieved. The contract renews automatically every year unless either party provides a 30-day notice before the tariff deadline. ## وصف الخدمة **الدعم الهاتفي:** من الساعة **9:00 صباحاً حتى 5:00 مساءً**، باستثناء العطل الرسمية. ## لماذا تختار خدماتنا؟ **خطط مرنة:** خطط مصممة بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتك الخاصة وميزانيتك. **دعم فني متخصص:** يتمتع فنّيونا بخبرة وتدريب متخصص للتعامل مع أجهزة **CHRIST** بكفاءة عالية. **سرعة الاستجابة:** تتوفر خدمات الطوارئ والخدمات العامة للمساعدة في تقليل فترة توقف الجهاز عن العمل. # باقات الصيانة والدعم لأجهزة CHRIST تم تصميم باقات الخدمة لتوفير صيانة ودعم موثوقين لأجهزة **CHRIST** في جميع أنحاء العراق. وفيما يلي الشروط والتفاصيل الخاصة بعقود الخدمة: ## معلومات عامة ### عقد الخدمة الاختياري توقيع عقد الخدمة وفق التعرفة المحددة ليس إلزامياً، ولكنه يُنصح به لضمان الصيانة المستمرة والحصول على الدعم الفني المنتظم للجهاز. ### نطاق الخدمة * يقدم فريقنا الفني خدمات الصيانة حصراً لأجهزة **CHRIST**، وفقاً لمعايير شركة **CHRIST Wash Systems** في ألمانيا. * لا نتحمل مسؤولية صيانة الأجهزة غير المشمولة بعقد الخدمة المعتمد. * لا يمكن نقل عقد الخدمة إلى مالك آخر في حال بيع الجهاز أو نقله إلى موقع آخر، إلا إذا تمت إعادة تركيبه من قبل فريقنا الفني. * يحق لنا إيقاف الاتفاقية في حال إجراء أعمال الصيانة من قبل أشخاص غير مخولين، أو دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من فريقنا الفني. ## سياسة الإلغاء * نحتفظ بحق إلغاء اتفاقية الخدمة في حال مخالفة الشروط أو عدم وجود تنسيق مناسب مع فريقنا. * يتم تجديد العقد تلقائياً كل سنة، ما لم يقدم أحد الطرفين إشعاراً خطياً قبل **30 يوماً** من موعد انتهاء مدة العقد.
